The following are the main economic agrrements signed between the two countries:
- Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Ghana on the financing of the project: "Ghana Private Sector Development Fund". Signed in Accra on 07/10/2003.
- Convention for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and for the prevention of fiscal evasion, with protocol. Signed in Accra on 19/02/2004.
- Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Ghana on the financing of the project: "Ghana Private Sector Development Facility". Signed in Accra on 06/08/2008.
