FOR THOSE WHO REQUEST THE LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS OR THE CERTIFIED CERTIFIFCATION OF THE TRANSLATION
Acts subject to legalization and certification of the translation must be presented in original, already verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the documentation’s country, and with:
1. Translation in Italian language of the act
2. Request of the legalization of the certified certification of translation
3. Photocopy of the passport of the owner of the documentation
For the documents/ acts “extracts” on status declaration (birth, marriage, death), they must include:
4. Photocopy of the declaration (of birth, of marriage, of death) and
5. The original and photocopy of the possible judgments which were taken towards the mentioned declaration (or in the margin)
