Q 1<\/SPAN><\/B>: Whether or not the Application form<\/I>, that self-certifies the fulfillment by the bidder of requirements verified by documents that need to be legalized (section 4.3 of the Rules of participation<\/I>), needs to be legalized before being submitted.<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

A: <\/SPAN><\/B>No, the Application form<\/I> mustn\u2019t be legalized, but the signature of the bidder must be authenticated, as indicated in the section “How to complete the form<\/I>” (point 5) of the Rules of participation<\/I>. To this purpose, it\u2019s possible either attachingthe photocopy of a valid ID of the signatory or getting the signature authenticated in accordance with DPR 445\/2000.

Q 2<\/SPAN><\/B>: If the bidding company is registered in Ghana, should the documents related to the turnover of the last three years and the bank references be legalized by the Embassy of Italy in Accra?<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

A<\/SPAN><\/B>: Based on section 4.3 of the Rules of participation<\/I>, if the documents are issued in Ghana they shall be legalized by this Embassy. Since the fulfillment of the requirements will be ascertained only for the winning bidder, though, the documents shall be legalized only if and when the bidder wins the tender.

Q 3<\/B>: How to provide the refundable deposit? Can it be a check?If positive, who should be the beneficiary?<\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>

A:<\/SPAN><\/B> It can<\/A> be a check and the beneficiary should be the Embassy of Italy Accra.
